Donation of Three (3) Incubators To Ejura Government Hospital

The Chief Executive Officer of Nick Broadcasting Limited, Nick Danso Agyei, owner of Akyea and Naagyei FM respectively single-handedly donates three ultramodern incubators to the Ejura government hospital, on Saturday January 16, 2021.

The Medical Superintendent of Ejura Government Hospital Dr. Mensah Menya recalled that the hospital made an appeal for incubators some time ago when the CEO made a similar kind gesture, where he promised to donate two incubators to the hospital and indeed, has materialized his promise in abundance.

According to the Medical Superintendent, the Municipal’s Central Hospital runs on a single incubator to contain premature born babies. This makes it difficult to contain the many born premature babies in the hospital, but with these donations, the hospital is optimistic of fighting mortality.

Dr. Mensah further appealed for support for the completion of an uncompleted maternity block which has stood still for ages and in the meanwhile, Nick took care of that and again, instantly issued a cheque of Fifty Thousand Ghana Cedis (Ghc50,000.00) for the completion of the old aged embattled uncompleted maternity block.

The Omanhene of the Ejura Traditional Council and also the Protocol to the office of the Vice president, Barima Osei Hwedie II on his speech, thanked Mr. Nick for his continuous kind gesture to the Municipality and the country as a whole.

Barima confided that just before their arrival to the donation ground, he appealed to Mr. Nick on the deplorable state of offices of the Ghana National Fire service in Ejura and without hesitation, Mr. Nick instantaneously issued a cheque of Fifty Thousand Ghana Cedis (Ghc50,000.00) for the maintenance of the offices and other relevant factors.

The traditional ruler further encouraged the indigenous citizens to emulate the kind gestures of the Businessman and Philanthropist, Nick Danso Agyei towards the development of the Municipality to achieve a common goal.

Finally, Mr. Nick Danso Agyei revealed that Ejura is his home and therefore it’s his responsibility to help develop it in whichever way he can.

According to him, it’s a pleasure to get an opportunity to contribute to the development of Ejura-Sekyedumase Municipality and hopes to contribute more in possible times.

The donation was done at the forecourt of the Ejura Government Hospital Administrative Block and it welcomed the presence of the Municipal Chief Executive of Ejura-Sekyedumase Municipal Assembly, Hon. Mohammed Salisu Bamba, the Member of Parliament, Hon. Bawa Braimah, Odiasempa Antwi Obugyei, Kontihene of Ejura traditional council, Staff and workers of Naagyei and Akyea FM and many other occupants of the Municipality.
