MCE Joins Church of Pentecost To Clean Up Ejura


This Nationwide Clean up exercise dubbed ‘Nationwide Environmental Care Campaign,’ is an initiative by the Church of Pentecost of Ghana to partner with the government and Zoomlion Ghana Limited to ensure a clean Ghana.
This exercise which began from the Ejura Barrier to the Ejura Commercial Center saw participants and church members desilt choked gutters, clear weeds, evacuate refuse dumps and sweep filth and many more at various sections thereby giving relief to residents of that area.

“Together let’s help keep our environment clean for a better living.”
He said.
Hon. Alhaji Salisu Bamba expressed great joy for the massive turnout by members of the Church and urged them to make cleanliness a daily lifestyle. He advised the residents to be environmentally friendly.
He also showed his appreciation to all participants for coming out in their numbers and urged them to be environmentally friendly.
The leadership of the church promised to embark on a clean-up exercise in the municipality once in every month to help improve the sanitation situation in the area.
