Tightening Security on Ejura – Kumasi Road

In awake of the frequent High-Way robbery on the Ejura – Kumasi road stretch, the MCE of Ejura-Sekyedumase Hon. Salisu Bamba and the Municipal Security Council (MUSEC) members have met and rolled out some strategy to tackle this issue.

This frequent robbery has not only stalled the economic growth of the municipality by driving a way traders but also gives the municipality a bad reputation of your roads not being safe for travel and other businesses.

In light of this measures is the installation of streetlights at vantage points along the road and the increasing of Police check points. thereby increasing the number of security personnel on the road.

This initiative has boosted the confidence of patrons of the Ejura-Kumasi road and it markets as well as the citizens, as this is evidenced in their appreciation of this measures.

The leadership of the church promised to embark on a clean-up exercise in the municipality once in every month to help improve the sanitation situation in the area.
