Inaugurated 40 Successful Youth Under School Support Programme (SSP)

On Monday 15th June 2020, the Municipal Chief Executive, Alhaji Mohammed Salisu Bamba inaugurated 40 youth who are successfully employed under School Support Programme (SSP).

A newly rolled out programme under Youth Employment Agency in partnership with Ghana Education Service.

This is in line with the government’s agenda of creating jobs for the unemployed youth in the country. The school support programme is a school based support programme aimed at ensuring the health and safety of students and staff of the various SHS in the country.

Speaking at the ceremony, the Hon MCE advised the youth to take their job seriously and work with passion so they can be noticed and gain more opportunities.
